John Bermingham, Board
Chair, is an
attorney in Oshkosh.
Janet L. Clark
is active in her Lutheran church as a member of the
Outreach program, the Personnel Team, and the Alter Guild.
She is also a member of the Garden Club and enjoys knitting,
puzzles, sewing, and travel. She and her husband have four
married children and seven grandchildren.
Barbara J. Cook,
retired from the UW Oshkosh College of Education & Human Services,
is a member of the ERC Board of Directors, the AAUW-American
Association of University Women, and the Algoma United Methodist
Church. She earned her BA from Hendrix College in Conway, AK, and
her MSE from UW Oshkosh. Her hobbies include traveling and reading.
Barbara and her husband, Ken, have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
Scott Decker,
VP Quality at Theda Care, is married and has three
children. Scott has previously served on the Board of Directors of
Evergreen Retirement Community
Randy Husman is a Prudential Representative with an
emphasis on retirement planning. With a BS degree in Business
Management, Randy is also a Chartered Life Underwriter and
Chartered Financial Consultant. He is chairman of the Church
Administrative Council and a member of the Finance Committee at
First United Methodist Church in Oshkosh. He and his wife Linda
have three adult children. Randy enjoys traveling, boating, and
water skiing and joins many other fans in Wisconsin as an
"assistant coach" to the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay
Packers.
Helen Lord-Burr is
retired and has served on the boards of the Bay Lakes Council,
Evergreen Retirement Community, Ladies Benevolent Society and the
Salvation Army.
Ralph Prescott
is retired and is associated with the Calumet County
Board of Supervisors, the United Way of Washington County and the
6th District Republican Party. Ralph is married and has two
children.
Ann Tulip,
Board Vice-Chair, received her degree in Dental Hygiene from
Marquette University and is still working in the profession, most currently as the business manager
in the family dental practice. She is a member of First United Methodist Church where she has held the positions of Lay Leader,
President of Trustees, and chairperson of the Staff/Parish Relation Committee, as well as president of UM Women. Ann
enjoys quilting, reading, knitting, gardening and boating.
Gail Ann Winkler received her BA from Sweet Briar College;
MS from the University of Michigan; M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. Gail Ann is a former member of
Valley VNA Foundation Board and the Neenah Landmarks Commission.
