Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that allows movement from one living option to
another as needs and desires change.

Independent Living offers three
options for those who desire comfortable living that can enhance an
independent lifestyle - Evergreen Village, Evergreen Homes and Manor
Apartments
Assisted Living offers four
different areas designed to give various amounts of help while still
allowing for as much independence as possible - Garden Place, Garden
Terrace, Garden heights and ShareHaven
Skilled Nursing Health Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care
for one hundred eight residents. The seventy private and nineteen
semi-private rooms in three distinct areas are for those with short-term
and long-term care needs - The Post Surgical and Rehab Center at Manor
View, Creekview North and Creekview South.
The Evergreen campus is
situated near our own wooded area that features a scenic wheel-chair accessible
walking trail along Sawyer Creek and a rare Oak Savanna Woodland.
Our beautiful Garden Grove offers a peaceful spot for strolling or relaxing on
benches around flower and water gardens. Summertime concerts are held in this
delightful area. Lovely aviaries and pleasing aquariums throughout the facility provide restful interest at any time
of day. The Creekview Café
with its lovely view of the Sawyer Creek offers impromptu casual dining in a
venue that encourages pleasurable socialization.
Other amenities on our own
campus include dining in The GardenSide, the Evergreen Chapel,
the Sunshine Gift Shop, the
Manor Mart Thrift Store, and the
Beauty and Barber
Shop.
