We encourage our staff to “think outside the box” and through their efforts we have incorporated programs like the “World of Thanks” event that celebrates and thanks Staff, Volunteers, and Donors. The I.D.E.A. Program is a vehicle that encourages staff to share inter-departmental suggestions for improvement.

Evergreen has a strong team environment where staff can participate in the development of new teams or contribute to standing teams. Staff and residents have great satisfaction in involvement with decision making to provide best practices to enhance daily living at Evergreen.

Evergreen is committed to personal and professional growth for each individual. We promote education for staff through many different avenues. We offer education in-services like Parenting Tips, Leadership, Dementia and Conflict Resolution.  There are also opportunities to attend outside in-services and conventions.
