evergreen independent living resized 5 5 16evergreen pac resized 5.5.16

In 2010 Evergreen initiated a Master Site Plan project with six phases of development. On August 30, 2016 the Evergreen Board of Directors unanimously approved to proceed with the final two phases.

It will include 41 new spacious independent apartments and  a new main entrance, additional parking, a new chapel and performing arts center, a game room and expanded library.

Construction will begin mid-September with the removal of the homes. We anticipate the entire project will be complete in the fall of 2017.
