Keeping your mind strong!

You know all about exercise for the body, but how often do you think about the benefits of exercising your brain? Research shows that stretching your mind in different ways can be helpful for anyone at any age.

Evergreen puts a strong emphasis on promoting Brain Health. Residents are invited to join our trained staff in bi-weekly Brain Health sessions where they enjoy fun and stimulating mental games and puzzles – all with the purpose of maintaining and even increasing mental capabilities. Here are some activities to stretch your mind and get you started on the road to Brain Health. Answers are below.
