    village 211Evergreen VillageEvergreen Village is ideal for comfortable, independent and active retirement living. Nestled in a natural setting along Sawyer Creek, Evergreen Village condo-style homes are located on our own rare Oak Savanna woodland, featuring a scenic walking trail.

    The 44 one-story Village homes are beautifully designed to promote a sense of comfort, security and community. Multiple homes in each Village building are linked by an enclosed veranda that leads to attached garages.     In 2010 Evergreen initiated a Master Site Plan project with six phases of development. On August 30, 2016 the Evergreen Board of Directors unanimously approved to proceed with the final two phases.

    Phase one of the Courtyard Residence Apartments will include 41 new spacious independent apartments, construction on these units began mid-September 2016 and we anticipate their completion in the fall of 2017. Phase two of the Courtyard Residence Apartments will include another 21 spacious independent apartments. These units are anticipated to be complete sometime in 2018.
