Once again, Evergreen was named the best Senior Independent Living and Assisted Living community in Winnebago County, in a recent readers' poll conducted by the Oshkosh Northwestern newspaper. What an honor and thank you to all those who help make Evergreen such a wonderful place!

Guests should park in the south lot on Eagle Street and
use the main Creekview entry for convenient access

Guests are welcomed to view Exhibits at Evergreen at any time.
Exhibit will be on display through November 2016.

Creekview Cafe

Introducing a whole new menu at the Creekview Cafe! And not just any menu, but a menu that will offer you more customizable options! And don’t worry you we will still have coffee, soup, all of the great grab and go items in the case as well as the weekly and daily specials we all love!

To place your order is easy:
1st take an order form and write your name on the top

2nd make your selections in each section to build your own custom Sandwich, Wrap or Salad

Parking Lot Closure

August 16, 2017

On Monday, August 21st the front parking lot (on N. Westfield Street) and the main entrance to the Manor building will close for construction and will remain closed through approximately September 2nd.

During this time crews will make some improvements to the N. Westfield ramp for underground parking, remove the front canopies, patio walls and floor. Once this is complete they will begin construction of the new 59 stall parking lot. Work will begin with grading of the land, followed by pouring concrete for curb and gutter and finally with black top.

Please direct guests, visitors and vendors to the Garden Building entrance located on Eagle Street during this time.
